  • Our Ready-to-Go Launching Package for Staging to Vacant properties starts at €3,000 (includes: living, dining, one bedroom, kitchen & bath).

    Each additional bedroom is €500.

    We also offer custom quotes for landlords and developers with unique needs that are looking to stage to rent.

    If you need to extend the rental beyond that, we’re happy to offer additional weeks for a fixed weekly fee, subject to availability.

  • Our service focuses on the design and styling side—we don’t offer deep cleaning, painting, or cosmetic repairs.

    The property should be clean, empty, and ready for installation prior to staging. If you need help preparing your space, we’re happy to connect you with trusted professionals we recommend.

  • Our staging service is designed for vacant properties, where we bring in all furniture and accessories to create a cohesive, styled look.

    If the property already contains furniture, we may not be able to offer our standard package. However, we’re happy to review your space and explore if a custom solution is possible.

  • In some cases, yes! If you're interested in purchasing specific pieces or full sets after staging, let us know—we'll check availability and prepare a custom quote.

    Please note that some items may be part of our rotating inventory and not available for sale.

  • We currently offer staging services in South Dublin and Wicklow County.

    If your property is located outside these areas, just get in touch—we’re happy to check availability and discuss potential travel or delivery fees depending on the location.
