My Story
I've always been fascinated by the relationship between people and the spaces they live in.
Long before I became an Interior Stylist, I experienced first-hand how thoughtful design decisions can completely change the way a space feels, functions and is perceived.
As both a homeowner and landlord, I saw how relatively small changes — a better layout, less visual clutter, the right lighting, colour or furniture — could make a space feel calmer, more spacious and more intentional.
Over the years, I also noticed something that continues to shape the way I work today:
A space doesn't always need more. It often needs better editing.
Many homes already have what they need. The challenge is knowing what to keep, what to remove, what to reposition and where an investment will genuinely make a difference.
That's what led me to create IKI Spaces and, ultimately, The Edit.
Today, I help homeowners, landlords and property professionals make clearer and more confident decisions about their interiors through consultation, styling and sourcing.
My role isn't to tell people to buy more.
It's to help them make better decisions.
Whether the goal is to improve everyday living, refresh a tired room, prepare a property for market or create a stronger visual impression, I focus on the changes that will have the greatest impact.
Because good interiors aren't created by adding more.
They're created through clarity, intention and thoughtful editing.
